All Language School Programs
Registration fee is non-refundable.
Tuition fees will be refunded if Archer Education Group terminates the agreement prior to beginning instruction, or upon the applicant's request if classes do not commence by the start date specified in the enrollment agreement.
If you are denied a visa from CIC - Citizenship and Immigration Canada, the tuition fee will be refunded when the following documents are provided to the college, a letter of refusal from the Embassy or High Commission, all original documents, including receipts, issued by Archer Education Group.
For withdrawals before classes begin, all fees are refundable except the lesser of $200 or 25% of total fees, with written notice. For withdrawals within 10% of the program of study, all tuition fees will be refunded except 50%; within 30% of the program of study, all tuition fees will be refunded except 70%. No refund after 30% of the program.
Internship placement fee is non-refundable.

Homestay
Homestay placement fees are non-refundable.
Initial Homestay fees are paid for the first four weeks of study. If a student is not satisfied with their homestay placement, fourteen (14) days notice is required before any change, cancellation or refund will be granted. No refunds will be issued for the first 14 days of homestay. The homestay coordinator at each location will be available for assistance, should any issue arise. Archer homestays are carefully selected and inspected to ensure student satisfaction.

Registered College ProgramsArcher Education Group - Diamond Institute is registered with the Ontario Ministry or Training, Colleges and Universities under the Private Career Colleges Act. The college's refund policy is based on Private Career Colleges 2005 Act - FEE REFUND POLICY as prescribed under s. 25 to 33 of O.Reg. 415/06. A condensed version of the policy is described below. If a student cancels a program with written notice prior to the start date, a refund will be issued equal to the full amount paid, less an amount equal to the lesser of 20% of the full amount of the fee and $500. If a student withdraws from a program, with written notice, in the first half of the program of study, the student will be refunded the unused portion of the tuition fees, minus the lesser of 20% of the full amount of the fee and $500. No refund will be issued for withdrawals in the second half of the program of study. For further information please refer to Fee Refund policy, as prescribed under s. 25 to 33 of O.Reg. 415/06. Tuition received in excess of the student's liability will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the student's withdrawal notice.
