Student
Authorization
is
required
for
all
international
students
who
wish
to
study
for
longer
than
three
months
in
Canada.
Students
must
apply
for
a
Student
Authorization
at
a
Canadian
Consulate
before
they
leave
for
Canada.
It
may
take
from
one
to
three
months
for
the
visa
process.
To
apply
for
a
student
authorization
you
will
need:
1.
A
current
passport
2.
An
official
Letter
of
Acceptance
from
Archer
Preparatory
College
3.
Proof
of
sufficient
funds
for
living
expenses
4.
A
medical
examination
for
some
countries
5.
An
official
guardianship
letter
if
under
18
years
of
age

Overseas students
must pay fees
in full to be
eligible for
acceptance
Registration
fee and tuition
fee must accompany
the application

students are
expected to
be at school
on time each
day. Teachers and classmates cannot wait for students who are absent; they must continue to cover course material. If you miss
class, your
teacher and
classmates cannot
wait for your
return but must
continue covering
the course material.
A careful record
is maintained
and students,
parents and
guardians are
expected to
report any illness
or necessary
absence from
school as quickly
as possible.
