| The
Archer
Preparatory
Bridge
Program
provides
ongoing
help and
support
to students
in all
aspects
of their
educational
experience,
both inside
and outside
the classroom.
Students
will receive
individual
attention,
specific
to their
needs,
to assist
in adjusting
to their
new environment.
They will
have opportunities
to meet
other
students,
share
their
experiences,
make new
friends
and become
comfortable
in their
new Canadian
life.
The
Archer
Bridge
Program
is committed
to providing
a comprehensive
learning
experience
to all
students
participating
in the
program.
Through
many
years
of experience
with
international
students,
we know
that
our
well-designed
program
will
enhance
the
partnership
with
the
public
schools
of Toronto
and
Archer
Preparatory
College.
We recognize
the
importance
of a
smooth
transition
from
one
educational
system
to another,
from
one
culture
to another,
and
we can
help
make
this
transition
easy
and
comfortable
for
our
students.
We are
confident
that
both
students
and
parents
will
be very
pleased
with
the
outcome
of the
program.
In
addition
to the
high
school
credits
offered,
the
Archer
Bridge
Program
can
assist
students
who
wish
to enter
a Canadian
college
but
who
feel
uncertain
about
their
English
skills.
We will
do a
'needs
assessment'
and
recommend
a program
to improve
academic
performance
for
college.
Whether
a student
needs
a minimum
'refresher'
course
of four
weeks,
or a
more
intensive
course
for
up to
16 weeks,
we can
design
a program
to suit
his/her
needs.
If you
or your
student
has
the
desire
to pursue
an education
in Canada
at any
level,
we can
help
you
get
where
you
want
to go.
If
required,
our
resourceful
instructors
will
help
students
catch
up on
schoolwork,
and
advance
their
academic
skills
so that
they
are
on a
level
with
their
Canadian
classmates.
Tutoring
is available
in essential
subjects
everyday
after
school
or on
saturday.
