Joe Gagliardi has an MBA from the University of Toronto and 30 years experience in the education industry. Mr. Gagliardi launched Diamond Institute in 1991 with the help of highly qualified educators and human resource professionals who aided in the design of the school's organization and training system. Previously, Joe had held progressive positions in one of the Ontario community colleges. In the 16 years at the community college his positions included Associate Dean, Dean, Acting Vice President and Campus Principal. Mr. Gagliardi is currently serving on the Ontario Government's Standards and Credentials committee. It is the committee's intention to develop a credential framework that will be recognizable and accredited for local and international students. The aim is to increase international student enrolment and better university transfer credit agreements.
